Job Description

The Team Lead is the primary conduit between the PSM, the Region al merchant team, the brand and the customer, ensuring a seamless customer experienc e aligned to the company vision while effe ctively driving sales. They supervise, entor and develop a cross‐functional sales team, and foster a service environment that empowers the team to create the luxury service experience for our c ustomers. The Team Lead brings to this role energy, an ability to lead and correct while acting ‘on their feet’ and an intuitive sense to think ahead and problem solve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PSM to align the customer experience to the company vision - Assist the PSM to drive sales: action sales, clearance, promotions, and incentive targets with passion. Work with the PSM on ways to increase and continually improve team productivity result - Supervise sales floor: support a high energy, positive floor experience for staff and customers - Observe, coach and react to what is happening to continually improve the customer experience and team productivity - Manage team visibility on the shop floor for optimal staffing and floor coverage. - Liaise with PSM and AGM sales on staff coverage and scheduling needs - Provide regular updates to staff through open communication; encourages team to meet or exceed location sales & profitability targets, while role modeling desired behavior - Work with the PSM to ensure corrective action is taken to improve unsatisfactory performance - Assist in the preparation and delivery of performance appraisals providing relevant and specific feedback - Maintain a high standard of product and brand knowledge for their area, and ensure the same from t heir team

Key Requirements:
- Degree or and equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions - 1-2 years experiences leading teams within retail/service or hotel industry preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft based applications - Strong command in English language - Proactive, Self-motivated, Team-oriented attitude, Patient, Flexible, Tactful & Dependable - Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills - High level of integrity - Able to multi-task, lead a team, delegate, make key decisions and take responsibility - Professional in appearance, language and demeanor - Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and react positively to multiple requests while maintaining composure - Able to engage the customers - Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with people at various levels - Proactive interaction with members and customes
