The Training Manager is the key element in driving the vision of first class education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis to meet the business needs and objectives of the region.
• Manage and facilitate company management development program.
• Work with department managers to develop training / development for line staff, supervisory and mid-management employees.
• Identify external resources for management development and supervisory training. Design and develop training materials for line and management employees, using appropriate training methodologies.
• Implement, facilitate, monitor and evaluate training programs including service, grooming, language and product knowledge training.
• Monitor and evaluate results of all internal training programs.
• Direct, develop and manage region training staff.
• Serve as region's internal consultant to management and to corporate training function; respond with appropriate training, interventions or organizational development needs / recommendations.
• Review and revise course materials to remain current with operating processes, procedures and systems.
• Co-ordinate, organize amend track employee certification and competencies of company core programs.
• Maintain accurate training records.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred - 5+ years in retail or hotel industry with training background - Proficient in using MS tools, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
