The Sr Talent Support Specialist plays the very important role of ensuring that our exceptional people are scheduled effectively to meet the varying levels of work and customer flows within our operations. With responsibility for preparing the staff schedules for all of their location teams, the Talent Support (TS) Coordinator ensures the operation has appropriate floor coverage at the appropriate times based on the location customer flows and event schedules, manages time and attendance record keeping, ensures training and payroll processing administration is efficiently handled, and the approved leave periods for our team are accurately reflected in our schedules and staff records. This in turn allows the Product Sales Manager (PSM) and sales floor team to concentrate on their key role of driving sales and providing an exceptional experience in store for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Scheduling, Productivity Reporting & Payroll Administration
• Prepare and issue an effective monthly staff schedule for all teams in the location(s)
• Coverage and schedule preparation is to be timely and prepared in close liaison with the AGM Sales and AGM Operations for an understanding for required staff coverage in consideration of relevant business needs, events, predicted customer traffic and work flows, internal and vendor training, and remains aligned with staff policies, regulations
• Track and reflect approved staffs leave records in the location schedules
• Collate staff leave requests for the Talent Support Manager to review for potential approval, with appropriate consideration of forecasted business needs including scheduled PSM / Merchant calls, location events, employee request context and in line with relevant employee regulations, policies, procedures and leave benefit entitlements
• Receive, action, record and communicate amendments to staff schedules when unforeseen adjustments are required
• Ensure that, in collaboration with the Talent Support Manager, all staff have a clear contact point for calling in with updates or changes relating to attendance and punctuality. Monitor, record, action and communicate these updates internally to the appropriate line manager and Talent Management contact for appropriate follow up action
• Action time and attendance record keeping for accurate processing and record keeping. Ensure all required paperwork is promptly forwarded, liaising with Talent Management (TM) and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) for accurate payroll processing and employee entitlements record keeping
• Prepare regular reports on attendance and punctuality for Talent Support Manager to review and work with appropriate team line managers for staff coaching and resolution
• Maintain the store team leave accrual records and regularly reports on leave liability balances for Talent Support Manager in collaboration with the Talent Management team
• Promptly respond to staff pay related queries referring any unresolved queries to the Talent Support Manager or appropriate local Payroll administrators
• Assist the Talent Support Manager to communicate, track and administrate all approved commission and incentive schemes, including vendor funded or vendor supported incentives overseeing timely delivery to store teams
• Assist the Talent Support Manager to produce and distribute staff sales productivity reporting to PSMs and other relevant line managers at required frequencies and in the standard format
• Assist to co-ordinate and internally communicate approved staff training and relevant staff attendance schedules with the Talent Support Manager. Arrange logistical support for the training
• Track training delivery for store teams and maintains appropriate training records for the location
• Assist the Talent Support Manager with the on-boarding process for new staff. Ensures an appropriate support person is assigned and supporting the arrival to the team, and the on-boarding process supports effective training and retention of new staff
• Assist to manage location training co-ordination for approved training and development courses
• Assist to manage the exit process for departing staff including the retrieval of company property
• Assist to manage Uniform issue, maintenance and related expenses for the location in line with Corporate uniform and Talent Management guidelines Assist to manage the location administration of other approved staff related benefits in collaboration with Talent Management including internal Recognition and Reward programs
• Actively support the AGM Operations to ensure that the workplace is safe, with the premises and behaviors of employees not imposing risks to the health and safety of any person. Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred 2+years in retail environment required. Merchandising and financial accountability highly desired
