Reports to: Director, Design, Global Visual Merchandising Department: Visual Merchandising Location: HK Corporate Office Job Description: DFS is looking for a qualified Digital & Design Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for all in-store and OOH digital assets which includes content creation, video production, content editing, maintenance, managing all digital assets and design assets to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include liaising with local Visual Merchandising team to support in-store digital retail initiatives. As the Digital & Design Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all digital assets to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. You will also be required to handle and support our VM corporate team on all design assets needed to support business needs. The Digital & Design Manager will be responsible for establishing operational objectives and represent the VM corporate team in the creative, technical, production and management of all digital experiences across multiple platforms such as store-wide digital screens and OOH video platforms. This role includes handling our in-house content management system. Position will work in conjunction with our design, technology, merchandising and marketing team to optimize content value, targeting and segmentation, and manage the overall content calendar. This role will be responsible for creating a uniform voice and message and work in partnership with multiple teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will work with various stakeholders across the organization to manage content delivery and design assets across all in-store and OOH touchpoints. We are seeking a driven, creative and passionate individual to fill this key role.
• Define, establish, produce and manage digital asset.
• Handle and support Corporate VM team on all design assets
• Maintain a prioritized calendar of assets and updates that align to our business objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute the creative, editing a publishing content.
• Ensure content delivery is consistent, efficient as well as formatted to established brand standards.
• Develop, articulate and adhere to robust delivery workflows and standards that meet the evolving needs of the business including: review and approval cycles, content publishing, and asset optimization and/or content archival.
• Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams as well as vendors/partners to ensure content and experiences are successfully delivered.
• Work closely with the visual merchandising, digital, marketing, and technical teams to maintain standards.
• Manages individual contribution and overall workload, set priorities, and provide daily support.
• Work closely with marketing and visual merchandising teams to create and execute effective promotional messaging aligning with customer journey, store-wide initiatives and campaign objectives.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices.

Key Requirements:
Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in (Digital) Marketing, Visual Communication, Design or related field Work Experience:
• 5+ years of progressively responsible and relevant marketing experience.
• Experience with digital content and content management platforms.
• Strong understanding in video content creation, content editing and design tools
• Perform well under deadlines while maintaining a highly organized and detail-oriented process.
• Display initiative and resourcefulness in achieving goals but also comfortable brainstorming and sharing ideas in a team environment.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently.
• Creative thinking, well-organized and attention to details Critical knowledge & skills (including tools, software applications, language, etc.)
• Experience in consumer goods, retail or travel retail industry preferred
• Experience working in an international environment preferred
• Experience in managing various stakeholders and project management
• Strong understanding of content standards developed for digital application.
• Knowledge and experience of operating a content management system
• Ability to create and edit content in Adobe Creative Applications ( After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop)
