Has overall responsibility for recruiting employees meeting the staff requirements in quantity and quality. Execute company talent management programs and employee relation in a good manner.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting and selecting personnel to ensure adequate staffing requirement level 4 and below.
• Source manpower needed through newspaper, labor agencies, colleges or universities and other institutions.
• Contact with searching agencies to receive profiles, screening and recommend to relevant level and arranging interview.
• Interview and select employees to fill vacant positions in accordance with the company’s business requirement.
• Supervising recruiting staff to ensure that proper interviewing, testing, and counseling practices are being implemented
• Quarterly hiring report and/or other reports as required. 2. Training and Development
• Co-ordinate with Departments Head to implement L&D plans to meet business needs & growth.
• Co-ordinate, organize and deploy the Apprentice programs, languages or other training needs accordingly & effectively.
• Managing evaluation of course delivery & training records, training reports.
• Conduct & implement effectively performance evaluation and appraisal system
• Support the Performance Management process by acting as the third party, documenting proceedings.
• Liaise with department managers/supervisors to conduct the orientation for new hires. 3. Employment Relations
• Co-ordinate to provide advice with respect to management team the implications when making changes to store practices, policies and procedures.
• Ensure up to date with all relevant Legislative /Legal Compliance: relative to the employment of staff at all levels
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal demands and ethical standards.
• In partnership, to involve in negotiations with unions, industry groups and industrial authorities if any.
• Take reasonable care to act and behave in a manner that promotes care and diligence to yourself and others in the workplace.
• Comply with reasonable instructions from any supervisor or authorized representative of the company concerning health and safety matters.
• Report any accident/injury/hazard in the workplace to management and ensure appropriate action is being taken and monitored. 4. Training & Development
• In partnership with Director, Division Talent Management and store management to conduct store based training needs analysis, develop localized programs and any individual development programs.
• Deliver designated training programs to employees and managers.
• Co-ordinate the stores Management Trainee program/s.
• Coordinate the logistics of store training & development programs.
• Support all divisional training programs and initiatives, LDP and mentoring programs. 5. C&B
• Co-ordinate to gather the employee data for an accurate monthly payroll.
• Support in consultative of social/health insurance, labor law, employee benefits to ensure the company complies with the Vietnamese regulations.
• Coordinate with HR in HCMC to review staff insurance & health-care program, rewards & recognition program if any.
• Monitor store staff turnover and provide feedback to store management on a monthly basis.
• Immediately inform to Payroll if any deductions are needed related to termination, no returned uniform, unpaid-leave… etc. 6. General Duties
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Management.
• To treat all management and fellow team-members with respect to support a team environment. 7. Administration Activities
• Ensure all administrative activities in compliance with company benefits
• Ensure other matters related to administrative issues must be settled effectively and efficiently.
• Controlling and reporting all expenses of administration and office activities

Key Requirements:
Educational Requirements University Degree in Business, Psychology Work Experience
• At least 4-5 years in Employee Relation, Training & Qualifications, Recruiting also extensive leadership experience as well as Compensation & Benefit areas.
• At least 4-5 year experience as an assistant HRM or HRM Licenses / Certifications Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc.
• Preferably with fluency in both spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills, be able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Possessing good communication skill and organization skill
• Having appropriate leadership behavior
• Being confident in working independently and under high pressure
