Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute day-to-day business operations with collaboration from DFS internal teams and external agencies. Operations include but are not limited to campaign operations, landing page publishing, user experience optimization, digital marketing, order fulfillment;
• Measure and report performance of digital sales, operations and campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and explore and suggest matrix applying into Macau;
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to optimize user journey and hence conversion;
• Contribute to operation excellence by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed;
• Project management on digital initiatives;
• Develop and execute digital and omnichannel strategy and monitor competition;
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion and traffic tests;
• Identify omnichannel trends & insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Brainstorm new and creative growth opportunities;
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Key Requirements:
6-8 years’ experience in omni-channel, e-commerce Product or program management or other product ownership role •Experience with cloud-based product development tools including Jira, Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet •Must have experience in launching omni-channel & e-commerce products: knowledgeable about Hybris and Chinese e-commerce is preferred •Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus •Internet and retail experience strongly preferred •Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic digital projects and initiatives •Strong project management, analytical, presentation and oral communication skills •Excellent command in spoken and written English. Proficiency in speaking Chinese and fluent in Mandarin is desirable •Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and Adobe products
