Be part of a Global Commercial Finance team to provide business analysis and decision support for the finance team and managing business performance with a focus on managing, monitoring, controlling budget for business supporting functions at both global and divisional level and executing plans in accordance with companywide strategy. Become a key business partner with functional teams to monitor and control business plan of business support functions, review actual, budget and forecast in close collaboration with corporate, divisions and all finance functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Corporate & Divisional teams to manage and monitor all expenditures, evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives via financial and non-financial KPIs
• Assist in reviewing business plans and activities to drive business performance, optimize business processes and support sound decision making
• Identify and recommend any opportunities for cost saving, driving efficiency and sharing the best practice across the divisions
• Document and refine SOP (Standard Operating Procedures); ensure it is well communicated and compliance to company policies, accounting treatments, systems and audit standards
• Support Finance Director in preparation of monthly financial review, budget and forecast
• Work with related functions to streamline and automate reports where possible and enhance communication.
• Review division month end financials and ensure all variances are adequately explained
• Standardize division business case analysis / template and reporting tool
• Perform any other ad hoc duties by requested

Key Requirements:

• CPA with Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting and Business Management
• 5 - 7 years related work experience in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work under stringent deadlines and format analytical works into presentation forms
• Strong quantitative skills, analytical, well-organized and attention to detail
• Technology savvy sounded knowledge of SAP, COUPA, Microsoft Strategy and Power BI
• Familiar in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, VBA, Macros and PowerPoint required
• Proficient English language and excellent communication skills
• Great leadership to mentor and develop junior analysts
