To advise operators on creating luxurious customer engagement experiences including customer services, product knowledge, product merchandizing, promotion and stock replenishment to support their retail excellence following brands’ requirementsKey Responsibilities:
• To consult operators’ staffs on how to convince their customers to upgrade their selections (when appropriate), buying additional units and special discounts and promotions in the store
• To equip with a strong knowledge about , product knowledge, customer services and procedures to be able to advise operators and their staffs
• To be professional in appearance by adhering grooming policy of company
• To assist operators on how to handle customers’ complaints about product and service quality
• To advise operators on a proper level of presentation stocks, stock replenishment and stock quality control
• To advise operators on how to collect customers’ feedbacks on assortments, new trends and promotion. Consolidate those feedbacks and report to Department Supervisors/ Department Manager
Key Requirements:
• Educational Requirements: High school and above.
• Work Experience: 2 year experience within retail, wholesale or other service industry preferred. Licenses / Certifications Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc.
• Strong command of English language; fluency in other languages (Chinese, Korean, Russian, Japanese) as required by location.
• Good interpersonal skill and high team-work spirit.
• Good customer service and influencing skill
• Professional in appearance, demeanor and language.
