We are seeking a Assistant Marketing Manager to assist to drive DFS marketing objectives and support business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute approved Marketing activation, travel industry partnership programs, customer experience, communication plan with elevated standards.
• Ownership of division marketing calendar to provide updated and holistic view of all marketing activities at all time (promotions, media, customer experiences, event pads, tour groups, brand launches, DFS campaigns, customer events, local partnership, DFS communication touch points).
• Maintain P&L tracking report to monitor effectiveness of all marketing activities, industry and non-industry partnership programs.
• Support content development and drive content synergy across all customer-facing touch points, from digital to offline.
• Responsible for content update in localized communication channels.
• Partner with VM team to assign messaging and space allocation required for marketing activations.
• Manage creative adaptation, printing, local production with external agencies and ensure review and approval process with Corporate Marketing and Global Procurement is followed through.
• Develop store briefs on marketing initiatives and ensure Operations Team is clear and fully engaged.
• Manage Marketing cost requirement and approval process and ensure Company’s finance and procurement policies are followed.

• Must have high degree of integrity and confidentiality with a keen sense of business/financial acumen
• Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels.
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in consumer-focused marketing, preferably with retail background.
• Marketing skills – copywriting, printing, production, media planning, clienteling, digital marketing
• Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), familiarity with social media.
• Fluent written and spoken English and language relevant to local market and core customers
