Job Description

Responsible for maintaining the high retail standards of the company through Visual Merchandising and ensure that company Visual Guidelines are followed. Ensure that all projects satisfy the regional merchandising and sales promotional needs while maintaining the appropriate image of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulating and problem-solving concepts for merchandise themes, store fixturing, merchandise placement and establishing in-store graphic needs.
• Ensure the timely installation of product promotions and seasonal shops, adjusting installations to reflect Company and region image.
• Utilize department collateral forms (graphics, dimensional and vinyl) to order in-house produced signage.
• Recognize and establish visual needs by shop location. Order appropriate visual collateral through Region Visual office or as directed.
• Maintain effective and professional relationships with internal and external business relations.
• Ensure that appropriate paperwork is maintained for in-store visual projects including but not limited to: purchase orders, invoices, calendars
• Communicate variances to project calendars and promotion installations.

Key Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently and be able to flex hours in order to accomplish necessary tasks.
• Previous visual management experience required.
• Must have strong written and verbal skills.
• Must have strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented.
• Must have established interpersonal ability, maintain positive relationships with region and in-store personnel to accomplish tasks.
• Must be able to react independently to formulate solutions to situations.
