Job Description

To assist the VP in carrying out all Travel Industry activities to achieve high pax penetration in the shops

Key Responsibilities:

• To achieve a high in-shop pax penetration and a high repeat penetration by taking prompt action regarding the groups which fail to turn up as scheduled.
• Explore new travel agents accounts to increase market penetration
• To maintain relationship with all travel agents as well as business related companies, e.g. coach companies, hotels, airlines, photographers etc.
• To maintain good relationship with travel agents guides and handle all complaints from travel agents.
• To handle daily travel agents problem after sales service, refund, discount, credit sales and giveaways.
• To provide in-shop assistant and service to the travel agents
• To be responsible for training second line management in his/her area of responsibility.

Key Requirements:

• University graduate, 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferable in tourism/ retail industry with minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory level
• Excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well with personnel at various levels
• Strong luxury services mindset with customers oriented
• Good ability at problem solving and complaints handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, other languages are highly preferred
