Job Description

The Team Lead is the primary conduit between the Product Sales Manager (PSM), the Sales Associates and the customer, ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned to the company vision while effectively driving sales. The Team Lead mentors and develops a cross-functional sales team, and fosters a service environment that empowers the team to create the luxurious service experience for our customers. The Team Lead brings to this role energy, an ability to lead and correct while acting “on their feet” and an intuitive sense to think ahead and problem solve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assists the PSM to align the customer experience to the company’s promise to be the world traveler’s preferred destination for luxurious shopping.
• Leads, inspires and celebrates exceptional customer luxurious experiences.
• Assists the PSM to drive sales through action sales, clearances, promotions, and incentive targets.
• Works with the PSM to create ways to increase and continually improve team productivity results.
• Motivates the Sales Team by creating a high energy and positive environment for the Team and the customers.

Key Requirements:
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions.
• 1-2 year experience leading teams with retail/service industry preferred
• Strong command of the English language, fluency in other languages as required by location.
