Job Description

The Team Lead, Product Support inspires, leads and develops their team to deliver efficient movement and storage of product, leading processes and procedures that will yield the highest level of productivity while updating the team regularly on progress and updates for continuous improvement. With full proficiency of responsibilities, they monitor delivery schedules, and provide team assignments to ensure smooth, accurate, timely processing and distribution of all products to the sales floor, in addition to Price Change Notifications (PCNs), and assisting in the execution of stock takes.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise deliveries and liaise with Product Sales Manager, Product Manager and Warehouse on effective coordination of delivery timing of stock/Assist the Manager with accurate and timely communication being maintained with Distribution and Merchant contacts to ensure ongoing smooth, accurate product flow via internal automated merchandise systems/Supervise and action reverse-logistics as and when necessary in an accurate and efficient way

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be motivated and passionate to work in a luxury environment/Secondary School or High School Diploma or equivalent/Fluency in English language and/or other languages as required by location/2+ years in a retail or distribution environment required and 1-2 years team leadership experience
