Job Description

The Loyal T team lead reports to the Client Services Manager and is responsible for providing expert advice and delivering the highest level of customized service possible to customers. As a leader, they should inspire, guide and develop the PSC team in becoming trusted consultants for a seamless shopping experience while delivering sales & productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal Candidate should be motivated and passionate to work in a luxury environment. He/She should be detailed oriented, highly-driven and pocess an outgoing personality.

Key Requirements:
Diploma and/or above, preferably specializing in hospitality/service related industry/Fluency in English language and/or other languages or required by location. Knowledge of computer skills is essential/Prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality services or luxury brand/boutique. Experience in serving VIP clients including 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
