Job Description

With the rapid growth in the Global Technology team in DFS, we are looking for a passionate recruiter to join the HR team on acquiring talents from the technology field. This position will perform the full-cycle of the recruitment process You will be working closely with hiring managers to identify talents and sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle of recruiting process including gathering requirements from hiring managers, candidate sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation
• Enthusiastic on process simplification, striving for an exceptional candidate experience
• Actively sourcing and engaging active/passive talent to build talent pipelines
• Maintain and update recruitment records for HR Dashboard
• HR Reporting including training records etc.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management/Administration, Information Technology/Systems or related disciplines
• Graduates with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting & sourcing on IT positions; preferably from IT Solution companies or agencies
• Excellent command of verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a team player
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels
• Good time management, organizational, inter-personal & multi-tasking skills
• Proficient user of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficiency in Office 365 application, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
