Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Store Ambassador to work at our Customhouse store. Part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities:
The Store Ambassador is responsible for sharing information on Auckland tourism with customers as well as store brochures, greeting and welcoming customers to the T-Galleria. They are primarily responsible for providing information on on-going promotions in the Galleria and distributing promotional and marketing materials. The Store Ambassador also provides general assistance related to enquiries, recommendations, handling requests and resolving customer problems. The Store Ambassador ensures all customers are greeted warmly and ensure the smooth flow of customers into the store and servicing of customer needs.

Key Requirements:
The ability to work weekends and to speak fluent Mandarin are advantageous in this role
