Job Description

Working directly with direct manager to support the division in Finance, Operations and Strategy. This position is a core coordinator between store operations and finance. This position is to support stores on accounting to facilitate seamless store operation and assist General manager to perform store operation control tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
I) Finance
• Support on forecasts, budget and strategic planning as well as period-end closing
• Coordination of division reporting to senior management
• Analytical review of the business performance against budget and latest forecasts
• Support operational and project decision making through financial analysis.
• Review of expenses and budget monitoring including capital expenditure and cash flow
• Oversight of internal controls within division operations and support to internal audit procedures and subsequent follow-up actions
• Accounting and booking in Finance system as required based on relative financial regulations.
• Liaison with Corporate financial teams to ensure adequate budgeting, reporting and financial controls are implemented with regards to the division.

II) Operations
• Support division operations in process improvement, standardization and developing best practices
• Due diligence and review contracts and new agreements with external parties

III) Strategy
• Support in strategy formulation and execution, through facilitating workshops and follow up analysis
• Project and new business opportunity analysis, planning and presentation support
• Participation in corporate wide projects as necessary

Key Requirements:
• Diploma in Finance or Accounting discipline or above qualification
• 5+ years of finance and administrative experience with sizable companies; preferably in consumer products and/fashion business field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Words; knowledge in SAP a plus
• Fluent in English in presentation and communication skills
• Well know local accounting & finance rules and regulations.
• A strong team player and able to work with colleagues across departments
• Higher integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
