Job Description

As DFS continues its Digital Transformation Journey, the Global Technology team is looking for a strong candidate to own and lead the change management efforts for a major global deployment of enterprise systems or processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to senior executives.
• Building and implementing change management plan which include effective communication, training and support for sustained adoption and results.
• Assesses the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
• Provide subject matter expertise on risks, issues, dependencies, and reception of change by end-users
• Leads the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
• Partners with key stakeholders to plan, prepare, and develop key messages and communication materials
• Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes
• Defines, measures, and monitors success metrics for change progress, including monitoring employee burnout from change initiatives
• Establishes a change management framework and drives continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of change management projects and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule, on budget, and on scope
• Ensure a broader viewpoint is held throughout multiple IT projects, understanding other initiatives that are running parallel and ensuring proper overlap and communication between projects.
• Responsible for ensuring all quality processes and guidelines are followed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or IT
• At least 12-15 years of relevant experience as a Change Manager on ERP/SAP and application transformation programs.
• Experience in delivering high quality and insightful presentations and deliverables
• Knowledge and experience related to the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage change and learning; and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change
• Experience in leading Learning Strategy, Learning Design and Development, Learning Curriculum and Training Needs Analysis, Training Deployment Planning
• SAP Retail or Architect certifications preferred.
• Has a solid understanding of the key industry hot topics including those relating to delivering and adopting change management, journey management and talent practices
• Previous experience in shaping, planning and executing large programs across combined client and consulting firm teams
• Solid ability and passion to lead change management and business transformation, change, workforce strategy, planning, managing large scale business readiness and people transition, talent
• At least 5 full lifecycles change management experiences on global ERP/SAP deployments.
