Job Description

The Specialist, Learning and Development support the talent development objectives for the Division office and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize onboarding programs for new joiners including delivery of orientation workshops, POS and Customer Service workshops
• Co-ordinate training with vendors. e.g. language trainings, first aid courses & Occupational Health and Safety, Fraud Card training, etc.
• Amend and revise programs as necessary, maintain the training calendar, training records and keep the training facilities and environment in a professional manner
• Prepare and edit the monthly newsletter as well as staff communications and relations
• Prepare training related administrative works and reports
• Plan & organize staff engagement activities, meetings, etc
• Partner closely with the Global Learning & Talent Development team and Store Operation Team
• Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years learning and development experience in a fast-paced environment, with retail experience is preferred
• Self-starter, able to work independently with a “can-do” attitude
• Function as a resourceful and proactive team member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
