Job Description

The Signage & Graphics Production Team Lead produces all in store collateral and signage price point ticketing for all stores in North America. The Signage & Graphic Production Team Lead is responsible for in house production of graphics for all stores from the large format printer, packing and distribution of graphics to stores and where required, assisting Visual Merchandising team with installation of graphics and other tasks throughout the store. This role ensures the DFS brand logo and image is protected and used appropriately as well as all other Brand identity logos and marketing and is at all times required to maintain graphic standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create mechanical art for approved concepts • Knowledge and use of current market trends and graphic support tools • Quality control and copy correctness • Graphic production and distribution process • Communication and brainstorming with Visual Merchandising Team • Work with other divisions and share graphic designs and concepts • Ensure timely execution and delivery of graphic requests • Controlling in store ticketing to DFS standards, down to shelf edge & price point formats • Education, training and controlling of stores teams in correct layouts and usage of in store ticketing • Develop and maintain ticketing templates for all stores on shared ticketing PC drive • Design and concept development • Manage and control the signage and graphics budget • Work with outside production companies • Knowledge of how to use the Visual Assets Management System • Video editing ability • Lead the signage and production team • Ordering of vinyl signage requirements for stores • Monthly assistance with promotional signage installations and assisting with installation of graphics and visual merchandising may be required • Assisting local Consumer Marketing and Promotions managers with artwork design and layout for communication and promotions including website & print media

Key Requirements:
Educational Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred, not essential. Work Experience • Previous experience in a similar role • Proven experience in the print production process Licenses / Certifications • Certificate or equivalent experience preferred Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc. • Fluency in English language and other language(s) as required by location • Knowledge of graphic design computer programs and software • Proficiency in Mac based Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects • Proficiency in PC use and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
