Job Description

The Senior Talent Support Specialist plays the very important role of ensuring that our exceptional people are scheduled effectively to meet the varying levels of work and customer flows within our operations. With responsibility for preparing the staff schedules for all of their location teams, the Senior Talent Support Specialist ensures the operation has appropriate floor coverage at the appropriate times based on the location customer flows and event schedules, manages time and attendance record keeping, ensures training and payroll processing administration is efficiently handled, and the approved leave periods for our team are accurately reflected in our schedules and staff records. Position will also be responsible for gathering and entering information relating to monthly sales commission and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete internal reports and participate in various projects as/when required.
• Staff scheduling data entry.
• Payroll and Time and Attendance administration.
• Productivity reporting.
• Communicate with your Operations Support Manager on relevant store issues.
• Actively promote the DFS brand and a strong positive professional image at all times.
• Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner.

• Strong organizational skills. Must have strong computer literacy to include MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and can learn on the fly.
