Reporting to Operations & Control Director

Key Responsibilities:
I) Finance
• Support on forecasts, budget and strategic planning as well as period-end closing
• Coordination of division reporting to senior management
• Analytical review of the business performance against budget and latest forecasts
• Support operational and project decision making through financial analysis.
• Review of expenses and budget monitoring including capital expenditure and cash flow
• Oversight of internal controls within division operations and support to internal audit procedures and subsequent follow-up actions
• Liaison with Corporate financial teams to ensure adequate budgeting, reporting and financial controls are implemented with regards to the division.
II) Operations
• Support division operations in process improvement, standardization and developing best practices
• Due diligence and review contracts and new agreements with external parties
III) Strategy
• Support in strategy formulation and execution, through facilitating workshops and follow up analysis
• Project management
• Project and new business opportunity analysis, planning and presentation support
• Perform ad-hoc projects and provide support to other divisions when required
• Participation in corporate wide projects as necessary

Key Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years solid experience in business consulting, analysis and operational support in sizable companies; preferably in retail consumer products / fashion field
• University graduate in Finance or related discipline with ACA / CPA qualifications; MBA a plus
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge in SAP a plus
• Strong analytical skills and in financial modelling
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills

• Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen
• Strong team player; able to work with cross-functional teams & comfortable working with diverse levels within the organization
• Pro-active approach, with a strong drive to complete tasks effectively and accurately within tight deadline
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Enthusiastic to drive efficiency within the organization
• Confident in leading group discussions to generate ideas or solve problems
