Job Description

DFS is embarking on transforming our Technology capabilities so that technology becomes a competitive advantage for DFS worldwide. There are multiple large scale, global projects / programs in our transformation roadmap. To ensure performance and success of Group Technology, the Technology Strategy & Governance team has been set up to manage and improve governance of a portfolio of IT projects and programs. The ideal candidate that DFS is looking for would be fresh, energetic, well versed with technology with a “can do” spirit and work closely with all Technology teams (Back Office, Front Office, Infrastructure, Security, Local Business Supporting, Enterprise Architecture, Data Analytics), as well as other Corporate functions (Store Ops, Merchandizing, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve governance of Group Technology strategy projects. Ensuring completeness, consistency, coherency in reporting.
• Help lead project/program management CoE to implement standardized governance practices, methodologies, frameworks
• Ensure standard project/program management documents applied consistently
• Coach Product Managers, development teams and Product Owners to the Enterprise frameworks
• Advise Programs and products managing teams to help deliver maximum value
• Help in governing vendor management framework and evaluation
• Participate in Technology strategic planning process, budget planning process, steering committees, and Board of Director meetings
• Ensure Technology roadmap is regularly updated and communicated
• Perform other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 8-10 years of relevant Project Management experience or IT transformation management
• Experience working in global IT function in large retail, eCommerce, or FMCG companies highly favorable
• Must have Agile/Scrum certification(s) from Scrum.org, PMI-ACP, etc
• Scaled Agile or Large Scaled Scrum certification would be advantageous
• Fluency in English language
• Tools related to Project Management and Agile methodology (Confluence, JIRA, RTC, Smartsheet, Slack…)
