Job Description

To own, develop and continuously improve the product portfolio of technology solutions which support Finance functions within the DFS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly review existing product performance with the DFS business to ensure technology products meet business expectations in terms of quality, availability and functionality
• Regularly review product performance within the Global Technology organization to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with key business process owners to enhance the reputation of Global Technology as a trusted business partner
• Seek to identify new processes and procedures to better exploit the technology portfolio to deliver enhanced value to DFS
• Undertake business analysis to understand new business requirements and develop ideas to enhance existing systems to meet those requirements
• Enforce strong governance processes to manage enhancement demand, ensuring that DFS technology resources are deployed to deliver the best value to DFS
• Manage vendor delivery to ensure quality, timeline and budget are met
• Collaborate with business colleagues to develop and implement processes to improve governance of Finance IT Governance related data throughout the product portfolio
• Manage projects to deliver new or enhanced functions to the Finance application landscape that are aligned with DFS business strategy and objectives

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, Computer Science or IT.
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO.
• Functional and Technical skillset in SAP FICO is a MUST.
• Experience on SAP BPC on Consolidation Reporting, Planning is added advantage.
• Knowledge/Experience on S4/HANA is added advantage
• Knowledge/Experience in other Finance technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), expense management systems (example: SAP Concur, etc) is added advantage (not required)
• Ability to provide architectural solution & ownership of multiple independent changes and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to validate and challenge user requirements to ensure that appropriate due diligence is placed on requirements
• Knowledge of architecture standard and industry best practices in SAP FICO
• Strong experience on integration between SAP MM-FI, SAP SD-FI and other cross functional areas
• Workshop planning, facilitation and scribing.
• Creation and maintenance of knowledge repository relating to systems: requirements, solution designs and development and work practice-related documentation.
• Assist in development of Finance IT System Roadmap
