Job Description

Financial planning and analysis oversight of divisions, reporting directly to the FP&A Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Hands-on preparation of forecast and budget via SAP BPC, and strategic plan. The process includes working closely with various Division and Corporate personnel to obtain information to facilitate completion of planning deliverables.
• In charge of month end close review, with focus on variance analysis to forecast, last year and budget. Highlight any anomalies that require investigation to Accounting & Reporting team and the operations team.
• Assist Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team with analyses to be submitted to the parent company (LVMH)
• Responsible for the preparation of financial modeling for capital project requests Miscellaneous:
• Perform financial feasibility studies on Division’s strategy revisions and new business opportunities
• Identification of continuous process improvement
• Analyze expense trend and alert management of savings opportunities
• Participate in Business Development projects, as opportunities arise.
• Manage communication with Division management
• Provide and validate financials requested by other corporate departments
• Address queries from the Corporate office
• Guide non-Finance managers in understanding financial reports
• Perform other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in the Accounting/Financial Management fields - Minimum 5 years experience in management accounting and/or business planning area - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Applications/Programs - Possess strong Excel spreadsheet skills - Independent and a self-starter - Excellent organizational skills and attention to details - Strong analytical skills and business minded - Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines - Ability to work well with other personnel at various levels and be team-oriented
