Job Description

The Senior Accountant/Accountant, Group Reporting is required to establish policies and maintains management information systems, combining the need for a candidate with accounting and business management skills. The candidate should have critical thinking skills with sharp analytical ability, ability to adapt to ever-changing business requirements with maturity to work, and possess excellent communicate skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Management Reporting
• Establish governance around data and reports to ensure single source of truth including data owners, accessibility, controls/ review of access rights via partnering with data owners/ stewards
• Responsible for timely and accurate analysis of group financials to support performance measurement and decision making
• Ensure data used for performance measurement (e.g. KPIs) is complete, timely, consistent, valid and relevant to address stakeholder needs
• Partner with Data Strategy and leverage technology (e.g. BI) to create real time dashboards with insights
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancements top management reporting hierarchy and corresponding reports for internal stakeholders
• Establish Profit Center (PC) / Cost Center (CC) Governance and define ownership to support company metrics Development
• Contribute to the development of the Finance Function through clearly understood roles, responsibilities and performance objectives, regular feedback and continuing professional training

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3 – 6 years of management reporting/financial planning & analysis relevant experience in an MNC environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and achieve in-depth understanding of complex processes
• Experience with SAP FICO, SAP BPC, BI tools is preferred
• CA/CFA equivalent
