Job Description

An exciting new position has been created to be the Retail Solution Lead managing the design and global rollout of key process efficiency platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Process Improvement Director, this role will focus on retail solutions by:

• Project initiation and implementation for the new POS systems
• Drive the Product Forum to define the product roadmap
• Create the release milestones (Minimum Viable Product)
• Create and maintain project plan and timeline, ensure it stays updated and communicated across project stakeholders
• Create/Prioritize and own the product backlog: Manages requirements dependencies with other teams, negotiating and reprioritizing as appropriate
• Working with key stakeholders across the corporate to identify process inefficiencies and generate solutions for process improvement
• Ensure project timelines and business resource requirements are appropriately planned with Operations, IT, digital and e-commerce teams
• Manage and work with multiple third-party vendors
• Contribute and review project documentation including Requirement Specifications, Design Specifications, UAT Plans and Reports, Training, User Guides, etc
• Provide analysis on product impact after execution, progress/regressions vs. previous product
• Identify Unlocked potential in solution or processes

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be sales driven and a customer experience expert who is proficient with change management, marketing & technology, analytics and has excellent project management skills.

He/she has a background in building and delivering transformation programs to improve customer experiences. Candidates should have a solid understanding of users, the market place, the competition and of future trends of the current retail and e-commerce environment (particularly in China).
