Job Description

To lead and successfully implement the curriculum under the School of Service Development and the School of Beauty & Fragrances, which are strategically aligned with the Retail Operation business units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the division to identify training needs, design, conduct and evaluate training courses and activities under DFS University
• Co-develop, implement and conduct beauty school training programs, digital tools, and videos to elevate beauty knowledge, build selling skills and enhance client experience at the point of sale.
• Collaborates with the regional teams and solicits feedback to understand the education gaps and ensure that the region-specific needs are met.
• Lead or roll-out learning and development project to meet business needs
• Plan, organize and manage assigned training activities and projects within budget and ensure regular feedback updates to key stakeholders
• Handle projects as assigned and perform any other ad hoc duties

Key Requirements:
• Degree holder, preferably with professional accreditation in beauty and cosmetic industry.
• Minimum 5 years’ solid training experience in the beauty and cosmetic industry. Significant makeup skills and facilitation skills required
• Fluency in English language and other language(s) as required by location
• Good interpersonal & communication skills in dealing with different levels of people
• Proactive, excellent in customer service and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in computer literacy
• Knowledge of retailers in US, and Travel Retail is a plus
