Job Description



Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficiency in the running of the daily reception duties, such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests, vendors and candidates.
- Provide accurate and timely information to internal/external customers’ queries and direct them to the relevant person/department which appropriate.
- Organize couriers, post office mailing
- Coordinate the utilization of conference rooms and other office facilities
- Maintain sufficient stationery and office supplies
- Perform any other administration duties as required by managers from time to time.

Key Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Good in English
- Presentable, courteous with outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, organized, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to multitask
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant administrative experience as a Receptionist or Administration work in sizeable companies
