Job Description

To manage projects and enhancements of technology solutions supporting Finance and HR functions within the DFS (Finance systems is the primary scope, HR is secondary/limited).

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects to deliver new or enhanced functions to the Finance and HR application landscape that are aligned with DFS business strategy and objectives
• Enforce strong governance processes to manage enhancement demands, ensuring that DFS technology team resources are deployed to deliver the best value to DFS
• Manage work plan of small team of internal technology team resources
• Manage vendor resources for projects and enhancement implementations – from providing effort estimations, contracts, payments, progress/status updates
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with key business process owners to enhance the reputation of Global Technology as a trusted business partner
• Undertake business analysis to understand and evaluate new business requirements and develop ideas to enhance existing systems to meet those requirements
• Regularly review existing product performance with the DFS business to ensure technology products meet business expectations in terms of quality, availability and functionality
• Regularly review product performance within the Global Technology organization to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Key Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or IT-focused business degree is preferred or financial accounting background with excellent IT project management experience
• Around 10 years of experience in managing and deploying technology solutions for SAP FICO, BPC and strong functional background on various SAP FICO sub-modules
• SAP ECC migration to S/4 HANA experience is preferred
• Full lifecycle project delivery experience within some or all of the following functions:
•SAP FICO, BPC Consolidation and Planning
•SAP HCM and Successfactors (SF) – this is preferred but not mandatory
• Retail industry experience is preferred although not mandatory (Global retailer, retail consulting, CPG, or FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong project management experience and skills
• Communication (Listening, written, verbal, visual)
