Job Description

The Flightline employee works together with other employees to give high level of customer service by processing and delivering product to the airline gates. Will assist with receiving, stocking, delivering product to all store locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Flightline/Support works together with other DFS personnel to deliver consistently high levels of service to both external and internal customers by processing and delivering customer orders, moving merchandise and supplies between stores and stockroom locations and restocking selling and storage areas in accordance with US Customs regulations and Airport/ DFS policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:
**This position requires open availability and flexible scheduling between 4:45 a.m. opening though 2:15 a.m. closing shifts** • High School Graduate or equivalent work experience.
• Previous Customer Service Experience helpful as is working in a fast paced work environment.
• Requires the ability to perform a variety of duties related to Flightline/Support. These duties may include lifting, climbing, taking out trash, moving in a quick paced environment.
• Must have the ability to lift 35+ pounds
• Able to handle paperwork related to merchandise receipt and supply ordering
• Candidate must be available for flexible shifts.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment a plus
• Bilingual language skills a plus
• Basic Math Skills
