Job Description

The Product Support Assistant - Flightline employee works together with other employees to give a high level of customer service by processing and delivering product to the airline gates. This employee will also assist with receiving, stocking and delivering product to all store locations. This position is based out of our Daniel K. Inouye International Airport location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive racks of duty free bags and verify the counts.
• Communicate any discrepancies to manager, supervisor or LAC (Logging, accountability and control).
• Delivery of Merchandise - Following delivery procedures.
• Guarding: Front guard ensures security of merchandise and limits access to pax on that flight.
• Exit Guard:Ensure security of Duty Free merchandise
• Page pax and make necessary announcements on PA systems.
• Fill out documents and record necessary information pertaining to flight, bags, problems, etc.
• Cleaning up or clearing equipment after flights.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions.
• Critical Skills: Strong Command of English language; fluency in other languages as required by location.
• Work Experience: 1 – 2 team leadership experience within retail / service industry preferred.
