Job Description

The Product Support Assistant physically handles all inventory items from stock receiving, replenishment of stock to sales floor, reverse logistics and delivery of goods to customers. They work closely with product support coordinator to ensure every assignment is done smoothly and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
Able to perform repetitive assemble and loading work in a fast-paced work environment/Able to perform defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) in a timely manner/Lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly. Lifting and carrying for several yards unassisted/Able to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business/able to work additional hours as needed.

Key Requirements:
Secondary school, high school equivalent/ 1-2 years logistics or related industry/Valid drivers license in locations as required / Certified to operate a forklift, but not essential.
