Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing and assertive individual as our Tiffany & Co Boutique Product Sales Manager (PSM), who will be the primary conduit between the corporate merchant team and our customers. You will have the autonomy to manage, mentor, and develop a luxury sales team. You will own your brand/categories of business at store level to ensure all promotions, product training, and floor presentations are in place effectively, executing what needs to happen to drive sales today as well as for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage your sales floor to ensure a high energy, positive floor experience for staff and customers; Effectively partner with key business stakeholders to enhance the customer experience;In charge of boutique turnover and sales targets achievement;Reacts to and gives timely recommendation to Tiffany Trade Manager & DFS local management on action plans based on the sales dynamics; Be the primary communication link between product merchants and internal stakeholders; prepare and participate in the bi-monthly Brand / Product conference calls

Key Requirements:
5+ years’ retail store experience; leadership experience with sales and luxury merchandise a plus;Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred; Strong multi-dimensional leadership ability, enjoy working in a culturally diverse environment; Able to make sound decisions with relevant facts at hand and drive for results.
