Job Description

• Perform global sourcing and procurement of retail store development.
• Work closely with retail concept director as part of designing and planning for new store concepts.
• Assist the development and implementation of new store concept and design including holistic value engineering.
• Interaction with designing- and executing architects and companies to translate and transfer store concepts into strategy and related roll-out plan.
• Develop and implement global purchasing guidelines and policies to the current procurement and supply-chain for retail stores.
• Re-organise regional procurement processes into a centralised, global sourcing and integrated supply chain by integrating and leveraging new sourcing and procurement structures, tools and strategies.
• Establish internal E-Procurement tool.
• Create new process for assessing local and global suppliers.
• Create RFP, RFQ, bet and tender processes. Create pricing structures and order systems, contracts and frameworks to contribute to new retail store concept launches.
• Collaborate with legal department by creating and managing all degrees of legal supplier documents from NDA to multi-level framework agreements.
• Manage LVMH audit processes related to different suppliers’ origins, to ensure alignment with group’s code of conduct and CSR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct strategic sourcing initiatives through multi-step sourcing process
• Manage and oversee new store concept and design including the overview of structure and transform of procurement and supply of stores
• Manage existing spending to minimize cost while improving efficiency and effectiveness across all functions
• Integrate and leverage new sourcing and procurement structures, tools and strategies
• Lead complex negotiation strategies with suppliers to assure compliance and commercial requirements are met
• Interact and collaborate with designers and architects
• Guide and manage the team in tracking and monitor supplier markets for construction, raw materials including benchmarking against industry/market standards

Key Requirements:
• Strategic or Procurement Management degree holder from an accredited University (Bachelor required, Master preferred)
• 7-10 plus years of store development/procurement experiences
• Architecture or Engineering background to be able to read drawings
• Demonstrated strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Experienced in contract development and negotiation for goods and services
