DFS is the world's leading luxury retailer serving the travelers in the world. We are currently seeking a PMO Director to join our Business Development team to support business growth and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all coordination for BD projects - initiation to project execution, internal stakeholders alignment
• Establish the PMO role and operating model
• Set standards for project management capabilities, including certifications and qualifications for Project Managers, success measurement criteria, methodologies, tools to be used, etc.
• Create a ‘Centre of Excellence’ to nurture project management practitioners and share knowledge of industry best practices.
• Monitor compliance with policies and standards.
• Establish the PMO organization structure, hiring and managing staffing requirements in line with project objectives.
• Oversee the delegation of work to Project Managers, Program Managers and Business Analysts.
• Set annual performance targets for individuals and the team and conduct performance reviews.
• Track and provide project status and audit reports.
• Manage the risk, issue and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
• Oversee Project Managers for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget.
• Provide executive leaders with the information needed to assess which proposals have the highest potential value, impact and strategic alignment.
• Interface with executives to define project priorities and implementation opportunities and challenges, and keep them up-to-date with project risks and opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science/ Business/ Business Administration or Technology.
• 10 – 15 years relevant working experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of project and change management (detailed PMO)
• PMP tools certification, well versed in PPT, framework, PMO process
• With strong consulting background - open to industry
• Facilitation, Negotiation & Problem Resolution Skills
• Ability to build strong networks and relationships at executive levels with with technology and solutions, customers and vendor groups. Able to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Able to manage ambiguity but drive process rigorously
• Able to work independently and must possess the ability to successfully collaborate effectively with senior & executive management in a highly complex and matrixed environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is a plus
