Job Description

The PS&Ambassador is responsible for welcoming Hotels/Cruise/Aircraft and other selected partners costumers visiting the store, providing expert advice and give the highest level of customized and personal customer service possible to individual shoppers. By giving personalized attention and providing advanced knowledge of products& trends, T Fondaco Services and History, will be able to offer to customers an ultimate shopping experience and supporting sales at T Fondaco; will work closely with Store and TIM local team in order to be constantly aligned with the ongoing promotions and partnership in progress to maximize the sales

Key Responsibilities:
• Being aware of arrival and assistance procedure for upscale partners visitors
• Deep knowledge of brands and promotion to be able to offer the items that will suit the client best, providing advice about purchases of clothes and other items from the store, coordinate items from several departments within the store to save the client time.
• Deep knowledge of T Fondaco Services and History
• To Know all TIM partners and dedicated tools
• For individuals: the ambassador will be in charge of welcoming the upscale travellers either at T Fondaco main land entrance, or at water door (whenever communicated in advance by TIM); briefly introducing T Fondaco main features (history and shopping proposal); eventually escorting the visitors either to the Prestige Lounge or to the Panoramic Terrace (according to availability)
• For groups: the ambassador will be in charge of welcoming the group at T Fondaco main land entrance, greet the groups inviting the visitors to move to the 4th floor, at event Pavilion distribution of the dedicated voucher explaining how to use the tool, quickly yet effectively promoting the shopping services and eventual ongoing promotions.
• Track arrival, share redemption, collect feedback and eventual criticalities with Store&TIM team

• Empathy and strong ability to enter into the relationship with clients to understand their needs, professional status and finalize the sales
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and a good sense of style
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and possess an entrepreneurial spirit which sparks their creativity and resourcefulness.
• organizational skills, and self-directed time management skills
• Patience, flexibility, tact, integrity, and dependability
• Fluent in English and in Chinese
