Job Description

The incumbent will assist the payroll dept in the day to day support on duties pertaining to payroll operations. We are looking for an individual with good learning attitude, time management, inter-personal, and multi-tasking skills to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Support
- Printing, sorting and distributing of HK payslips + ad-hoc mailing for other things
- Prepare payroll reports for HK & SG (as required)
- Assists in requests from HR on ad-hoc reports, ex-employees’ request for payslips and tax forms
- Printing and sorting out IR21, NS MUP, Govt related claims (CCL, ECCL, ML, PL) and checking the basic details from SAP
- Photocopy and prepare the mailers to IRAS when the cheques are ready
- Sorting out IRAS letters to be distributed to shop
- Scan the claim forms (GPML/CCL/NS MUP) as and when HR pass to us
- Checking non payroll related tickets/batch upload tickets
- Assists to check payroll output/results

Key Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or Business Management with 1-2 years’ admin experience in payroll function
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel. SAP experience is an advantage
- Good communications and writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
