Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Purchasing Functions:
• Processing of invoices through various computer programs (Workflow, P2P, DMS)
• Creating purchase orders
• Order facility supplies
Cashroom Functions:
• Distribution and collection of cash floats
• Maintaining accurate logs of cash floats
• Maintaining and verifying counts of floats and funds
• Maintaining petty cash fund and keeping accurate records of transactions.
• Distribute parking permits, bus passes and DFS employee-related forms to employees
• Issue lockers to employees
• Sell movie tickets to employees and maintain records of transactions
• Distribute uniforms and dry cleaning
Foreign Exchange Cashier Functions:
- • Update and post accurate daily foreign exchange rates and be able to communicate the current foreign exchange rates to the customers
- • Assist customers in transacting accurate exchanges of foreign currency in a expedient manner
- • Service all customers with the highest standard of customer service and be able to answer general questions about the store
- • Maintain accurate record keeping of each transaction and be able to account for all cash receipts on a daily basis
- • Maintain accurate records of transactions daily/weekly/monthly

Key Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Previous cash handling, purchasing, invoicing, accounts payable experience preferred.
• Basic Math skills required.
• PC experience with Microsoft office software such as Excel and Word required
• General office equipment experience required such as Xerox, fax, 10 key by touch
• Available to work between 7:00am to 12:00am (including weekends and holidays)
