Job Description

The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the cash room's daily operation and the supporting of the overall Sales operation. This position is based out of our Daniel K. Inouye International Airport location.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Purchasing Functions:
• Processing of invoices through various computer programs (Workflow, P2P, DMS)
• Creating purchase orders
• Order facility supplies Cashroom Functions:
• Distribution and collection of cash floats
• Maintaining accurate logs of cash floats
• Maintaining and verifying counts of floats and funds
• Maintaining petty cash fund and keeping accurate records of transactions.
• Distribute parking permits, bus passes and DFS employee-related forms to employees
• Issue lockers to employees
• Sell movie tickets to employees and maintain records of transactions
• Distribute uniforms and dry cleaning

Key Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Previous cash handling, purchasing, invoicing, accounts payable experience preferred.
• Basic Math skills required.
• PC experience with Microsoft office software such as Excel and Word required
• General office equipment experience required such as Xerox, fax, 10 key by touch
• Available to work between 5:30am to 2:00PM office equipment experience required such as xerox, fax, 10 key by touch
