Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced content production lead to manage the day-to-day production of content from print to video, for both online & offline. The role will be responsible for the project management of content production for both global & local projects – working closely with our internal teams, while directly managing our agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of production schedules and scopes for end-to-end campaign management and execution online & offline
• Effectively manage projects through use of appropriate resources and processes, involving creative development, execution, and production.
• Work with various pillars within marketing (Creative, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Category Marketing, Digital, CRM, PR & Events) to ensure consistency throughout campaign messaging
• Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-markets with other internal and external departments globally ensuring that the creative strategy and goals are delivered.
• Coordinate activities around the creative process to ensure that tasks are completed by scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (ie. kick-offs, status, internal/external reviews, approvals), communicating action points and next steps to the team to bring the project forward and to completion.
• Working with Finance to manage project-level budget
• Ensure seamless transition of creative assets through the project lifecycle, while optimizing product quality and schedule for a timely delivery
• Create, manage, track, and evaluate process work flows while finding efficiencies for productivity
• Prepare, upload and distribute weekly project status reports
• Source, review, evaluate, and manage external agency partners and talent, while continuing to build relationships with outsource vendors & contributors
• Act as the centralized key contact on all creative & content requests within the organization, while supporting directors and VPs within the marketing department on company initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Proven track-record as project manager
• 4–6+ years of experience
• Experience working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities
• Bachelor’s university degree or equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Spoken Mandarin/Cantonese and written Simplified/Traditional Chinese a plus
• A strong background in project management with a focus on high volume creative execution in an advertising agency / production company
• Expertise & experience in pre-production, production, post-production of print & video assets
• Deep understanding of online publishing channels and keep abreast of trends as they arise and what opportunities there are for content video and stills production.
• Proven ability to think clearly in a deadline-driven environment, solve problems and scope and prioritize business requirements
• Sound business judgement, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
• Practical experience of Adobe CC (understanding specs, format, file types, restrictions, limitations)
• Working knowledge of the Adobe suite is a bonus
