Job Description

The Marketing Co-ordinator is responsible for co-ordinating and executing marketing campaigns through effective partnership to engage and acquire new customers using social media platforms. The Marketing Co-ordinator also uses consumer insights to guide marketing campaigns, drives results, manages marketing budgets and ensures the resources are fully utilised. The role also works closely with the other marketing teams to ensure a co-ordinated approach to marketing campaigns and carries out marketing research and benchmarking in order to analysis marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Promotions & Activations
• Responsible for communication, preparation and execution of promotions & activations in the stores
• Responsible for the promotional setup
• Liaise with VM on signage design & production and ensure all signage are in place •Support promotion briefing
• Manage events company, promoters & photographer (if necessary)
• Ensure appropriate levels of supporting collaterals, including GWP or vouchers are available to support the promotion effective date
• Monitor the promotion effectiveness, collates results & reports and analyse results & identify successes, opportunities for future implementations Changi Authority Group (CAG)
• Support requests from CAG (A&P, iShopChangi) for new product images & descriptions
• Liaise with GM stores on requests for loan of products for photography (Shop & Dine guides) Partnership Development
• Assist in partners event or project by managing delivery of partnership deliverables Digital & Social Media
• Assist in developing marketing strategy and promotions for E-commerce website
• Manage 3rd parties to ensure timely delivery and upload of marketing assets onto media platforms
• Plan and liaise with agencies in developing and executing digital and social plans for Campaigns & Activations Administrative Tasks
• Preparation of Marketing Briefs & Budget Request Forms
• Sourcing for quotations
• Tracking of invoices

Key Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Marketing or Business and above
• Critical Skills: Strong command of English language, written & spoken. Competency in a second language would be advantageous
• Work experience: At least 2 years’ experience in marketing. Preferably in retail, service or FMCG related industries
