The candidate who is hired for the position will play a vital role in ideating and developing multi-channel campaigns that will drive new customer acquisition and nurturing initiatives for all our markets. This is a global role.

The best candidate for this role is an individual who can work well in cross-functional teams, think about the customer journey and drive the end-to-end planning and execution of a direct online marketing communication plan. We value process-oriented people with a proven track record of planning and executing campaigns.

If you have experience using Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo, that is a plus. An understanding of the China market and its customers is also a value addition to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different stakeholders such as Brand Marketing teams, CRM and Promotions Managers to plan and drive end – to – end integrated programs on Email, SMS, Social Media (particularly Wechat) and in-store beacons
• Research industry benchmarks for Email Marketing and other automated programs and optimize our campaigns accordingly
• Work with the content writers and creative teams to produce assets
• Work with data analysts to analyze our campaigns and identify other opportunities for growth
• Develop incentives and strategies to attract leads and execute automated campaigns to nurture and convert them to our customers
• Manage our professional services team to deploy campaigns
•Monthly review of campaigns and resource allocation
•Timely briefs of campaigns
•Ensure that the quality of service being delivered is of the highest standard
•Manage the QA process between this team and internal stakeholders
• Set up process for smooth collaboration between teams
• Build campaigns using the automation tools
• Plan and execute A/B tests and communicate results/insights to all key stakeholders
• Understand the effectiveness of campaigns by reviewing data from multiple sources including the Marketing Automation system, CRM, and any other sources as necessary
• Analyze the ROI and communicate growth strategies to key stakeholders
• Implement data backed optimization with quick turnaround time

• Implement and continuously improve processes
• Ensure alignment with different centers of excellence on the marketing floor, through effective communication and coaching
• Drive Marketing Automation platform implementation as a user with our consultants and Product Owners.
• Partner with in-house and third-party resources to manage projects from concept, development to final delivery
• Effectively prioritize marketing requests based on company and marketing goals and manage expectations with different requesters

Key Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in Marketing with at least 4 years in Digital Marketing
• Experience in an agency - driving digital campaigns for clients in similar industry
• Hands on experience in Email Marketing and Marketing Automation administration (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud)
• Keen understanding of email marketing, demand generation strategies, and the customer journey
• An eye for design is required
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills including experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent project and time management skills (very organized and able to manage multiple projects)
• Attention to detail is essential
• Entrepreneurial ability to independently prioritize initiatives that drive maximum business value
• Willing and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities; grace under fire a must with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent business writing, editing and proof-reading skills.

• Understanding of China and Wechat
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target strongly preferred
• Proven Managerial skills (Experience managing at least 1 direct report preferred)
• Background in CRM and data analytics
• Strong relationship building skills, demonstrated consultative approach and influencing skills
• Background working in the Luxury Retail, travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Experience working in an agency to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects is a plus
• Understanding of email design best practices
• Fluent in Simplified Chinese (written and spoken)
• Excellent presentation skills (oral and PowerPoint)
