You will own, develop and continuously improve the applications that runs the core of our business related to all the SAP Retail and Distribution Center Sales & Merchandising Processes for key business functions in DFS. All areas impacting Retail and Distribution Center Sales & Merchandising Processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing in depth content expertise and knowledge on business sales and merchandising processes for retail operations and distribution centers, including how IT can support those processes.
• Important not have a silo approach and look beyond the line of expertise for links between business processes and integrate with other IT areas.
• To be involve and provide input to the Global Technology Strategy, serving to the Governance Board, ensuring input in decision-making process. Therefore, it is critical to deliver high level assessments in a short period of time to ensure timely strategic decisions.
• Work with business and IT teams to plan and execute a strategy for a Global and local rollout.
• Takes a lead role in pro-active search for areas of process improvement and ensures connectivity to customers in the business in this respect. Involved in new service designs and develops DFS best practices.
• Responsible to manage the delivery for the new programs, manage internal and external resources, Business Analysts and external consultants, in the different areas to ensure, enforce and improve the best practices in the Retail market applied to DFS.

Key Requirements:

• At least 7 years of relevant functional and technical experience in Sales & Distribution, Retail and/or Consumer Goods.
• Experience managing multinational, multicultural and on-shore/off-shore projects, including global templates, with direct reports of Business Analysts and external Consultants in different areas of expertise.
• SAP Sales, Distribution and Logistics processes with complex distribution centers and stores network environment and processes, including international deliveries and sales in multiple locations.
• Retail market, SAP IS Retail and SAP S/4HANA experience and knowledge is a must.
• Detailed understanding of integration with other critical areas of SAP (SD, FICO, MM, PS…).
• Customs management (GTS) is a plus.
• POS Integration (POS-DM) is a plus.
