Job Description

Drive success of marketing in divisions by bringing innovation, inspiration, support and expertise from corporate teams, through partnership and one marketing spirt with Division Marketing Team and Corporate Marketing office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gatekeep requests from divisions to ensure they align with division marketing strategy and marketing priorities, funnel them with clear briefings to other Corporate Marketing functions for necessary support
• Provide guidance, reports, guidelines to facilitate work process with division marketing teams
• Develop global campaign toolkits that let divisions leverage Corporate Marketing shared services, including creative assets, consistent messaging, integrated communication plan, database, and global partnership
• Act as trusted partner with Division Marketing Manager to develop proposals, set solid KPI, prioritize and evaluate opportunities in both consumer and travel industry marketing world, all the way through performance tracking
• Connect feedback from divisions with the teams in Corporate Marketing to drive continuous improvement and relevancy to our customers and business needs
• Drive innovation in customer experience, including experiential activation, omni channel, e-commerce
• Keep track division marketing budget plan, investment ROI, procurement process in partnership with Marketing Finance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing Management or related field required
• 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing or agency
• Previous experience in head office team, luxury or retail is a plus
• Knowledge in travel industry and PRC consumer
• Experience in 360 marketing campaigns, including digital Proficiency in MS word; Excel; PowerPoint
• Excellent in spoken and written and oral communications in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management, organization, multi-tasking skills
