Job Description

DFS technology team is looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate for the position of IT Service Manager for Store Systems. The candidate will have the opportunity to take on unique challenges and partnering with highly skilled global and regional colleagues to support DFS worldwide store systems. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, and is expected to manage service recovery on a timely manner, and able to handle pressure during outage. Follow through thereafter with root cause analysis, to ensure remediation steps are put in place to address the issue permanently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administration of store systems and manage the day-to-day operations, such as daily operational activities, incident management, problem management and the implementation of new IT policies and procedures to support the business need.
• Serve as the point-of-contact for store systems operations and is responsible for allocating the appropriate resources to handle the emergencies when the issues can’t be resolved by first level support. Work with vendors and product team to resolve operation incident, problem, change.
• Manage and communicate with end users or vendors to resolve the incident and problem.
• Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow, ensure business continuity and security.
• Provide regular summary of incident, problem, change and release in management meeting.
• Work closely with product teams on the release management process and ensure the governance of changes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in delivering technology solutions in information technology & services or retail industry / experience
• Professional / technology certification is desirable
• Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc.
• Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: >Experienced in the service processes (preferably certified in ITIL) >Solid IT experience and a strong interest in technology >Solid IT knowledge on store systems operations >Vendor management >Stakeholder communications and management >Ability to work under pressure, independently and deliver quality work in a fast-paced work environment
