Job Description

Based on an understanding of compensation theory & practice be responsible for the design & implementation of reward initiatives that directly support the achievement of Business and HR strategies across the DFS Group.
Working with the wider Reward team the role is accountable for the provision of reward related services to the HR community and business units with a focus on executive reward, management of global plans and Group reporting. Total Reward includes: base salary, short and long term incentives, benefits, recognition and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with the HR teams to develop, implement and embed Group Reward policies, frameworks, guidelines and processes
• Responsible for the on-going management of global plans & process and LVMH Group reporting
• Analyse & interpret data from multiple internal & external sources drawing insights & recommendations
• Analyse market data/metrics/key performance indicators in order to measure the effectiveness of the Reward initiatives and programmes
• Utilise quantitative & analytical tools to develop models, tools and dashboards that support the design and improve effectiveness of reward plans and programmes
• Evaluate the design & effectiveness of store incentive/commission plans and recommend any changes
• Responsible for the planning & delivery of specific Reward projects & initiatives
• Continuously review and look for areas of improvement, developing innovative ideas to drive cost and operational efficiencies
• Build industry and professional networks to ensure understanding of C&B trends and issues

Key Requirements:
• Degree-educated with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical & statistical background preferred.
• Strong C&B background, with at least 5 years’ experience in a commercial and/or consulting environment.
• Experience in the design, analysis and management of executive reward.
• Experience of working with Data Analysis & Visualisation software. SAP/Success Factors experience an advantage.
• Innovative, change oriented with experience in design & implementation of reward initiatives.
• Proven project, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds across all levels
