Job Description

The ideal candidate has 3 – 5 years of experience creating innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition/ lead generation and consumer engagement, as well as managing content marketing processes for our global website in multiple languages. This person reports directly into the Sr. Manager, Digital Content within the Digital Marketing team; leads the offshore team (team of 5) for day –to-day assignment tracking and works closely with the technical/development team to maintain site standards. The digital project Content Manager will work closely with internal and external business partners to execute digital campaigns across established and emerging platforms that drive online to offline traffic, conversion and spend, A strong communication and organization skills are needed with the ability to managing online marketing and experience in content management systems. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Planning and Management
• Identify and implement key digital marketing strategies to elevate the brand in the digital space through innovative and relevant strategies
• Deliver new concepts, ideas, technologies and themes to expand key digital metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion
• Manage relationships with outside agencies and other partners to implement both existing and new programs Project Management
• Lead day-to-day execution of all digital campaigns; managing external vendors and internal teams to proactively keep ahead on timelines, deliverables and communications to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
• Create and maintain project plan and timeline, ensure it stays updated and communicated across project stakeholders
• Provide transparent and accurate project status reports all along the different project phases
• Determine project scope, schedule, budget, change requests, create and implement project plans, identify key milestones, dependencies, and resources Content Management
• Manage Digital Content Calendars, editorial and brand content for organization’s web presence
• Cross functional project coordination for existing business processes and new launches/roll outs planned for the Digital Team; cross functional teams to include company’s Marketing departments as well as external vendors
• Coordination and communication management /tracking for internal parties (100+ Merchants) and external parties (700+ brand partners globally)
• Coordinate with web developers, translation agencies and marketing teams to ensure web content is represented as the business requires
• Data management, tracking, quality assurance and troubleshooting both on the back end (CMS) and front end (consumer facing)
• Manage the performance of offshore team members

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in web content management & digital project management demonstrating progressive career growth
• Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic digital projects and initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with content management systems (Hybris will be a plus)
• Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
• Highly detail oriented – preferred perfectionists
• Experience and interest in luxury branding/marketing
• Knowledge of luxury products and brands
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese
• Technologically savvy (requires working with Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Product Information Management)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe products
• Basic Adobe Photoshop skills (preferred but not mandatory)
