Key Responsibilities:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the learning and development needs for the Center for Service Development through job analysis & learning needs assessments, conducted directly or in partnership with the merchants, store operations and the local L&D Team.
• Provide regular consultation with the business partners to recommend and co-design suitable learning solutions
• Develop and/or supervise the development of programs within the Center for Service Development. This is done in with subject matter experts both internally and externally.
• Manage all key learning projects on time and on budget, which include possible discovery, design and delivery of pilot projects across geographies, in partnership with the relevant stakeholders
• Promote a culture of collaborative learning and knowledge sharing through regular meetings.
• Measure the impact of Service School development activities in relation to key business priorities;
• Identify, share and apply best-in-class approaches aligned with the evolving business capabilities.
• Serve as a Certified master trainer and facilitator for signature programs and events, which could include the Apprentice to Masters’ Program
• Lead the Chairman’s Club recognition program from nomination to the completion of all recognition awards/trips.

• Sound understanding of the retail landscape and the learning interventions that are suited in our operating environment
• Experience in managing talent development and classroom facilitation
• Demonstrates ability to get things done, through both formal and informal networks
• Experience leading, motivating and managing team members to effectively deliver goals and objectives
• Effective communicator in a culturally diverse environment and have the ability to manage the stakeholders through virtual platforms
