Job Description

The Manager/Assistant Manager, Ecommerce Content Operations will be primarily responsible for aspects related to online visual merchandising to ensure that products on reflect DFS and brand partner guidelines. The person will work in close collaboration with internal departments and external brand partners to update the digital global product catalog, as well as oversee end-to-end process of launching products online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandising:
• Manage online product merchandising process and troubleshoot to ensure timely product launches
• Support merchant’s request and organize digital assets received from brand partners
• Collaborate with merchandising team to update new assortment and brands
• Coordinate with vendors for web crawling or photo shooting of product information and images
• Maintain Style Guide, Categories and Glossary for branded product content
• Navigation/QA:
• Manage navigation menu categories, looks grid, product grid and special pages
• QA product content to ensure accuracy of product images, descriptions and price
• QA entire site including product page, content pages, category layout flows, navigational changes, new features, etc
• Other:
• Manage internal content team and external vendor resources
• Generate and analyze product information reports as requested
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product data in PIM
• Provide recommendations to improve the online product merchandising process

Key Requirements:

• Relevant 1-3 years experience in E-Commerce or Product Content is preferred
• Highly motivated, independent, ambitious with strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively with multiple departments
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) or Product Information Systems (PIM) is considered a plus
• Fluency in Chinese (written) is considered a plus
